Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I sign in to my WiFi network?
A: First, turn on your device's WiFi and select the Network. Once connected, open your browser and attempt to go to any web site. You will be redirected to a captive portal page where you will be asked to either log in with an existing account or create a new one (note: depending on your browser settings you may see a security alert when being redirected – please click on continue to website ). Follow the screen prompts to create your account and get your device connected.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: If you click the log in button on the captive portal page, there is a link above the password field that says "Forgot Password?". You can follow this link to reset your password. You can also follow the manage account link that was emailed to you when your account was created in order to reset your password.
Q: What if my device doesn’t support the WiFi network?
A: Some devices, like gaming systems and printers, may not have internet browsers or support security features used by the WiFi. To connect these devices, sign in to the WiFi from your computer or click the device management link that was emailed to you when you created your account. Then you can log in with your account and add additional devices using the "My Devices" tab. There is also a guide that shows you how to find the MAC Address (Wi-Fi Address) of your devices which will be required to add these devices.
Q: What if I can’t connect to the WiFi?
A: First, make sure WiFi on your device is turned on. If you don’t see this network, you might be too far away from the signal source. If you have only one or two bars, you may also need to move closer to the signal source. Also, if you can connect to the WiFi but aren't seeing the captive portal page, you may need to add your device using the device management page on a different device.
Q: Are wired internet connections available?
A: Many rooms have small white access points. There is an ethernet Jack at the bottom of the access point that allows up to 1Gb internet connection.
